American
American trucks & cars
Ford, Ram, Chevrolet, GMC, Jeep, and the rest of the domestic list — Power Stroke, Cummins, Duramax, Mustang, and street cars on the same Dynojet 248.
nctuning.com · Sanford, North Carolina · Dynojet 248
American, Italian, and European trucks and cars. Mike Jones writes gas and diesel files for street, towing, performance, and race — then proves them on our in-house Dynojet 248.
American, Italian, and European platforms — gas and diesel — written by Mike Jones and proven on the dyno.
American
Ford, Ram, Chevrolet, GMC, Jeep, and the rest of the domestic list — Power Stroke, Cummins, Duramax, Mustang, and street cars on the same Dynojet 248.
Italian
Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Abarth, and Iveco — performance and commercial files matched to the hardware.
European
BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover, and other European gas and diesel platforms.
Before-and-after horsepower on our in-house Dynojet 248. If the vehicle is here, the numbers come from this shop.
Cylinder-pressure testing and NOx scanning so combustion and aftertreatment issues are measured, not assumed.
Send a stock read, or bring the vehicle. Cloning, checksum, and recovery when another shop is stuck.
Tell us how the car or truck is used. Mike will recommend the right path.
Daily
Drivability, trailer work, and fuel use for vehicles that earn a living or commute every day.
Measured
Power and response matched to hardware, then confirmed on the Dynojet 248 with before-and-after data.
Track / custom
Bring it for a dyno session, or send a stock read through the portal for a custom file.
A file is only as good as the data behind it. The Sanford shop measures horsepower, torque, air-fuel, EGT, fuel metering, drivability, transmission and speedometer, climate including humidity, cylinder pressure, and NOx — then writes the calibration.
Dynojet
Measured on our in-house Dynojet 248. Before-and-after power and torque on trucks and cars, recorded here — not copied from a catalog.
EGT
Watch EGT under load so turbo, fueling, and timing stay in a safe window instead of guessing from a road log.
Mixture
Wideband air-fuel on the dyno so gasoline and diesel mixes are measured, then the file is written to that data.
Fueling
Injector quantity, pulse, and rail pressure checked against commanded fuel so the engine gets what the map asks for.
Street
Part-throttle, tip-in, tow load, and idle quality — not just a peak horsepower number on one pull.
Driveline
Speedo correction, axle and tire changes, shift points, and transmission calibration so the driveline matches the engine file.
Climate
Files checked across temperature and humidity so fueling, boost, and drivability hold up in heat, cold, and wet air — not only in one shop condition.
Combustion
See what the engine is doing in the cylinder — useful for calibration quality, injector issues, and mechanical health.
Aftertreatment
Measure NOx behavior instead of hoping a map is clean. Better diagnostics on SCR, EGR, and aftertreatment trucks.
Real work on the Sanford floor — American trucks and cars, muscle, race cars, UTVs, and chassis dyno sessions measured in this shop.
Maserati, Ferrari, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, and the rest of the Italian list — calibrated in Sanford, not guessed from a catalog.
Street rods, diesels, and domestic trucks built and calibrated in the same bay.
Strapped down on the red dyno floor so horsepower is recorded here, not copied from a file.
Compound turbos and hardware-matched files for trucks that actually get used.
Turbo and engine work with NC Diesel and Dyno on the parts — this is in-house, not a parking-lot flash.
Gas platforms on the same dyno as the diesels — power, response, and drivability together.
Board repair, cloning, and recovery when the computer is the problem — not just a flash.
Measured, not marketed
Before-and-after horsepower is recorded on our Dynojet 248. We show the graph, not a slogan. If the vehicle is here, the numbers come from this shop.
nctuning.com is built around American, Italian, and European trucks and cars — gas and diesel. If it straps to the dyno or comes in as a file, we will confirm the job.
NC Diesel and Dyno is Mike Jones’s calibration shop in Sanford, North Carolina — the shop behind nctuning.com. The work is American, Italian, and European trucks and cars, written here and proven on the Dynojet 248.
Bring the vehicle to 175 Boosted Ln for dyno work, or send a stock read through the portal.
American, Italian, or European — gas or diesel — tell us the vehicle and we will confirm coverage and a price range.
